SCOTLAND 2-3 SPAIN

Went through to Hampden last night and saw a real gutsy performance by Scotland. Yes, we got beat but there were few long faces, great what a bit of effort will do. I'm happy to thank them for giving me the rare pleasure of enjoying seeing my team coming back from 2 nil down against the world champions. What a feeling that was, Hampden went absolutely wild! Take nothing from Spain mind, their passing game was incredible. A 20/25 passing movement almost seemed to be the norm. The atmosphere at the game was great with the Spanish fans mingling with their hosts around the ground prior to kick off. We had to queue before hand to get a pint mind, I never remember it being that busy for a Berwick game there. We also witnessed the slickest chippy in the world, just up from the ground. They must have been turning out a supper of various sorts every 10 seconds! All in all an enjoyable night with our driver, the lads learning, getting us in and out in double quick time, we were home by midnight.
