What a

cracking game and performance at Shielfield last night. That's more good football in ninety minutes than I've seen from Berwick in the last ten games. There was more guts on show last night than watching Cyril Smith in his y fronts. We should have won but the gods weren't quite with us, but never the less we certainly won the moral victory. Good atmosphere as well, surprising what a difference a few extra can make in Shielfield. Can't remember it all but wee Shields was an absolute terrior, McMullans runs were great, I love to see someone running at defences, we've not seen enough of that this season. Mark Peat pulled off some incredible saves and we didn't stoop to their diving tricks. How about Barr's attempt to con the ref, if you're gonna do it son you'll need to spend some of your "full time" and practice. Oh and, I was way of the mark yesterday when I said there were two ex Berwick players involved at Hampden on Sunday, there were actually five. Any idea who they were?
