Have you

had a chance to look at the information on Livingston's actual debt situation yet? I certainly wasn't any where near aware to the extent or variation of what, and to whom, they owe money. I'm just an ordinary punter but how can any organisation be permitted to build up that sort of debt? How do they start to rebuild trust with local business's and organisations to the extent they'll do business with them again. And how about the bit that says the new "owners" have only put in 10k. Given that few of them are local guys and I'd hazard do not live in the town would you trust them?
