Yesterday

Was certainly the day of the goalie, both for my team and that of the Polish national side. What a cracker that was, mind you these back passes should be outlawed. Never the less good win for the Irish, thank christ somebody managed a win, my team certainly were never going to. I'm old enough to remember when Scotland qualified for tournaments, I fear it'll be some time before we do so again.

We had quite a constructive Trust meeting before yesterdays game where we again pledged further financial support for the football club, which we are happy to be able to do in this time of need. A number of the Trust committee also signed up for the Supporters Club weekly draw. If you feel able do something similar, it's certainly required at the club, try your best.
