Thats it
it done then, Annan aside off course. In some ways I'm happy to see the season done, most of it to do with our form since Christmas, but remembering off course the progress that has been made this season. The ship is much steadier, the projected lose since the seasons start is hugely down on what was envisaged and everyone is much happier. Don't forget as well if you were around at the start of the season you witnessed a new club record, that doesn't happen every season now does it. Yesterdays game was pretty much a non event but the awards were dished out in the Black & Gold after the game. Our one, the Trusts, went to Mark Peat and I had a good crac with Jimmy Crease for a while to, interesting stuff. Disappointing that both the club and manager received anonymous letters containing threatening bile, naming Livingston as a source. They really are a detestable shower aren't they?
Finally I see that in the close season Gala Fairydean are laying a 3G pitch at Netherdale thanks to a grant of £450k from Scottish Borders Council. What chance we can get something similar from Northumberland Cooncul.....ahem
